I would also like to know if it exists and if it exists, where I can change the colors of the text and the lines of these contact features that have in footer 4. At the moment I can only change the color of the background, the attached photo follows.

4- Because you have used Header 1 to build your header. Therefore, this header doesn't have a sticky logo.
You can try using Header 3,4,5 to make a sticky logo.

The explanation of the fixed logo I understood perfectly, now we go to what I did not understand and to what was not answered.
1- I asked about the update that was scheduled for yesterday 01/31/2018 in the theme, where I could put the map without having to use a credit card, (remembering that I can not add real estate in the site because the field of address does not appear on the property dispatch page with this map problem).

3- The footer section I am referring to is Footer 4, but what I wanted to ask myself is is if there is a way to change the color of the items, the background give to change the color plus the elements do not. It's element (Noo Simple Information) I put it in the layout I'm using, but it only lends if I put it in a color, because the text and the lines are white, the only color I want to know where I can edit , the color of the texts and the lines, because the background I want it to stay white like the rest of the site.
