Thanks for contacting us.
We still found "Clone Resume" in our language file so you should use the Loco Translate plugin to translate it. Also, see this image: https://prnt.sc/mbd6nv
For the "Profil" text, it seems that you have translated it because it is"Employer" text on our demo site. In addition, this text also contains in our language file so you can check it again.
Moreover, if you can't find this text in our language file, you absolutely go to {root}\wp-content\themes\noo-jobmonster\layouts\resume\resume_detail.php line 136 to change. See our attached image.

Please make sure that you have updated the latest version of our language files and you should check it again.
If you don't see that, please edit in {root}\wp-content\themes\noo-jobmonster\layouts\dashboard\manage-resume.php line 152
