Okey, I added employer with paid package... but as an administrator how can I modify a employer job posting limit? I want to add manually to a employer 10 and to other 5, without paying. And i only can modify all at the same time.
I understand that your way is for "buying" more job postings, but I dont want that, is difficult for users.
Isnt any way to do it manually?
Meanwhile, I need answer to this questions:
1 . Is there any possibility to add a "thank you" page to each new user? It would be very useful to show them a short "FAQ" video or link them directly to the CV profile edit or to the job offers.
2 . Some users are having problems to reset their password, when they forgive the pass and recover appears a message which says that they cannot receive the reset email. To help them the only possibility is to auto reset the pass via admin. Theres any way to look this?

I dont know how to send a private message. In your profile does not appear any option to do it.
The first problem is solved, but we still have the second problem. I dont know how to personalize the employers, I would like to make 1 employer have the option to load 3 vacancies and other 5 (for example) but does not appear any option to do it manual.
I only have the general option (all employers to add 1 vacancie or 5.. but all the same).

What do you consider to be special characters? What was the incorrect configuration that was causing it?
We have updated all the components of the website and the problem with the candidates' CVs remains unsolved.

We cannot run the risk of updating today, Friday, that all the listings are broken and have the website broken until Monday that you can supervise it.
What we can do is update Jobica Core on Monday and have you come in to see what the problem is.
We are using WordPress 5.4.4, should we also update to the latest version, 5.5.3?
The issue is fixed. It was a general WP problem on last update.

We had deactivated all the plugins on our site, but it didn't work. Just to have it clear. Are you sure that Jobica template doesn't add any code to the woocommerce transaction emails? Like on the attached picture. This text doesn't appear on any other our website's emails. On the other hand, emails that are sent from Jobica core are displayed with error as well.
Could you help us with that?
