We already have a subscription to WP Bakery Visual Composer which we wanted to use to easily customise the colours of the components within it (none of the presets are suitable for the website colour scheme). I'm advised by WP Bakery that I must ask you for an adjustment within the theme code to allow the Visual Composer to show the custom CSS options within it...
The design option tab at your end is most likely disabled by the theme author using vc_set_as_theme. You can get in touch with them and ask for the necessary changes within the theme to get it back.
Many thanks!3 years, 11 months ago #1028997

Because the Visual Composer plugin is supplied with the Job Monster theme is has some limitations on features, like custom CSS. The Design Options and Custom CSS tabs are missing from the Visual Composer settings. I have a license for the full version of Visual Composer, but I still can't access the Design Options and Custom CSS. The developer of Visual Composer suggests I ask you for the adjustment that will enable the full version of Visual Composer to be accessible.3 years, 11 months ago #1029312
Thank you for feedback us.
Yes, we have the custom visual composer for our theme. To recover the default setting of visual, you can go to file direction and replace with my attach file below
But it will have some affect with our theme before, please back-up your old file first and check it again.

Thank you for this. Unfortunately it has made no difference. I still don't have the Design Options and Custom CSS tabs in the Visual Composer settings. Please see screenshots attached.

Thank you for feedback us,
The file just helps you show design options tab in row/column setting as my screenshot http://prntscr.com/f3vmen.
Please check it again.

I already had that with the VC supplied with the theme. The settings I'm referring to are in Dashboard>Visual Composer, not in the edit box of individual components.
The issue is that VC comes with a number of pre-set colours, all of which clash with our company colours, so things like VC buttons look dreadful on the site. I can type loads of custom code into the theme custom css, or use our VC licence and add the colour preset we need, but something in the theme is preventing this option from showing in the Dashboard>Visual Composer settings.3 years, 11 months ago #1029729
Can you give me the Visual Composer version have a full function as you said?
We also check our last version from codecanyon and some theme use visual composer. It doesn't have the function as you said.
