Trouble with Advanced Search Property

Hello,

1.) I don't know how to set the current location on the Google Maps to Harlingen, TX for every viewer to see. It's set in California.

2.) How do I add property onto the map? We want icons showing all the locations in our city that own our product (we are using this theme for a product we sell)

3.) On the search options (city, zip, location, etc.), they are set to England, New York, New Jersey... how do we customize it to show the cities located close to ours? We want to change those preset ones to McAllen, Harlingen, Brownsville, etc.
