Hello, I'm having an issue with my plugging for the Slider Revolution, Events, Visual Composer and WooCommerce plugins. I've been trying to install them since yesterday & they will not show up. I even saw your last request for the same issue & dowloaded the zip for the Slider Revolution & I'm getting the error below. I purchased this for a client & they are very upset because these are the things they wanted specifically from your template. I also don't see where the codes are for the countdown. As your message, the revslider folder already exists. Please use FTP to access your source and remove this folder and install the plugin again.

This is unacceptable. I purchased a template not to have to of into much coding & such & to speed up my process. I followed the instructions & have been building sites with WordPress for over 5 years & have never ran into this problem. I asked about multiple issues with your template not just one (NONE OF YOUR PROVIDED PLUGINS AREW WORKING) & you ignored the rest of my questions. I am requesting a refund, ASAP. This is a time sensitive issue & unacceptable.

It's been 4 days, at this moment I'm looking for a refund per the site did not work as stated it would. I've uninstalled things, contacted the host of my server, I could not delete the folders I was told to, I had to request them to rename the folders because I didn't have access. I also reloaded my content including reinstalling my plugins to get your template to work.I have a very unhappy client who has requested a refund for the template. He was unsatisfied with the issues that occurred, it seems as if you guys need to update the zip that is being downloaded. A lot of other people are having the same issues.Thank You,
