I have 600 users and I want to bring them back to add jobs to the new platform. When they login they are confused about how to post a job especially if thay have a few jobs that have expired. There would normally be an option to repost job. The clock icon seems to be this and is clickable but has no action attached to it.
I would like to suggest:
1/ The clock icon on the manage job page is for reposting a job. If there is no active package then it leads to the package page.
2/ While in the member dashboard show the active job package as a notification/display. Without an active package the employers cannot post their job but there is nowhere to explain this to users who have an account but have never used this theme before.

I am very sorry for my late response.
1. I will consult our web developers on this issue.
2. when new employers click Post a Job button, they will see an instruction containing steps of posting a job. It shows that employers have to choose a package before they want to post a job. Please see the image below:
Thus, I think any employers that see these steps understand what they have to do. Please consider your decision.

For every message i leave in this platform i have to keep asking you to reread my message since you didn't undertstand what i said. This is not for new companies this is for moving to you theme using an existing site.5 years, 8 months ago #25878
I understand your point. You mean Employers who have accounts but have not ever known this theme before need to get a specific instruction. It will show them that they need to have an active package so that they can post a job.
However, I mean, naturally, as a role of employer, they will click post a job. Then, as you know, they will see the image I sent you above. It contained all detailed steps that instruct them to post a job: login> choose a package > fill out job posting form.
In case, their package is expired, they will receive a notification of upgrading package or they can upgrade it and see the current package in Manage Plan.
What I explain is to confirm whether it is necessary for you to create an instruction for employers you mentioned.
