I changed my JobMonster theme from free site to paid website.
I created resume packages which will allow people to view jobs details (can view job detail) and apply (can apply jobs) and also post a resume ( which is the default of the package).
My problem is when a user purchases the package. The user is able to access the resume posting/creation but when they want to view job details they get upgrade your account "error".
Also they cannot apply because they are given the same upgrade your membership error.
When the user presses upgrade membership button the user is taken to manage plan page which will display the resume package days remaining and details.
Post Resume Candidates With Paid Packages
View Job Detail Candidates With Paid Packages
Apply Job Candidates With Paid Packages
My Resume product:
Unlimited Resume posting
Can view Job: Allowed and -1 (Unlimited) and tested 100 and 100000
Can apply for Job: Allowed and -1 (Unlimited) and tested 100 and 100000
I have created new package and new user to test this but still the same problem. I have uninstalled all the plugins and testet only with woocommerence still same problem.
I have updated the theme to the newest version and I have nevest version of woocommerence and all the other plugins.
Do you have any idea what to do next. I start to lose costumers because of that.1 year, 9 months ago #1054087
I also tried to install this package to my localhost to test this. And I got same error.1 year, 9 months ago #1054433

I did two temporary solutions and that works now temporary. I did this:
Line 36: $can_view_job = ( isset( $package['can_view_job'] ) && $package['can_view_job'] === '1' );// && ( jm_get_job_view_remain() != 0 ); This is temporary solution to fix this problem
Line 8: $can_apply_job = true;//This was false and did this for temporary solution
Line 22: $can_apply_job = ( isset( $package['can_apply_job'] ) && $package['can_apply_job'] === '1' );// && ( jm_get_job_apply_remain() != 0 ); This is temporary solution to fix this problem1 year, 9 months ago #10550011 year, 9 months ago #1055165

We have checked your site, try to register resume account, purchase the package and view the job, apply for the job.
The view job, apply job action still work fine.
Please check it and let us know the issue on your site again.
We will help you check it soon.
