Oh, AND I think it's ridiculous that support keeps asking people to give url, admin, and ftp access... but never provide an email or private message capability to do so. I've been reading all the responses from other problems and it's the same answer to each one. Either some bs excuse or please provide access...

#1. Yes, we need the customer provide the admin account or the screenshot of the issue. Because it can help us check the issue on your client and find the correct solution. You can't check and fix the issue if you can't see or can't reappear it on your site. If they just say "I have an issue, error with display..." it difficult to help you check the issue.
#2. On our forum have the private reply option where just our support team and the customer - owner of the topic can see that info. And we also have more than 10000 clients, we also help them on our forum, and the client info will be protected. That is our promise.

We have checked your site and found the issue from PHP version. Our this function can't work with PHP 5.4. We have upgrade your PHP version to 5.6 and it working.
Please check it again.
