Hello, I have encountered a serious issue. I have rearranged my website, so that the Companies list page is under jobs, and I have also added a new menu item, which has nothing to do with career and jobs (as the website includes other topics).
What happens is that
1) the parallax effect is ONLY available for the header under the menu items companies, blog, jobs and resumes. Which means that once I add a new header for an additional menu item, it looks different from the rest, with no parallax effect.
2) for some reason the photo I upload for the new menu item, gets automatically copied for the Companies list page.
Please help me fix this.1 year, 8 months ago #1050108
Thanks for contacting us.
We are so sorry for late response. Because we had a lunar new year one week so we cannot help you. Hopefully, you can understand for us.
Can you give us your site URL, admin account?
We will help you check the issue again.

Hi, the website is this: https://thevegandatabase.com/view-all-events/
I'm not sure what you mean by admin account?1 year, 8 months ago #1050353
We need your WP admin account to access your site dashboard. We need to check the config on your site.

Thank you for feedback us and sorry for the late response.
As you see, we just have the heading background image options for the blog, company, job, resume, woocommerce post type.
With the page, you can select the page heading image via page setting https://prnt.sc/imyply.
With the new page, it will get the default page heading image from source
Please check it again.

But it won't have the parallax effect? So it would look different from the other menu items?1 year, 8 months ago #1050681
Please check that link again https://thevegandatabase.com/view-all-events/
Now it has the parallax effect.

Yes! It works now. How do I repeat this for other pages? Is it CSS or html code that I need to add?1 year, 8 months ago #1051095
You just need to go to edit page and select the background heading image https://prnt.sc/iqvp4i
It doesn't need a custom code.
Please try it again.
