Hello,
today I have purchased the theme iVent via Envato and installed it on my page. After that I started to install the required plugins but in three cases I wasn‘t able to because the error message "download faild. forbidden" was displayed.
The regarding plugins are Noo iVent Library, Visual Composer and Revslider.
What can I do?
Kind Regards,
Sylvia.3 years ago #1048991Hi.
Thank you for contacting us.
To install our premium plugin, you need to input the purchase code first, our server requirement purchase code to verify. Or you can get our plugin from Envato package, and install manual to your site.
Please check it and let us know again. If still have an issue, you can give us your site URL, admin account. We will help you check it again.
Thank you.

3 years ago #1049013Hi.
Thank you for your suggestions.
Where do I need to put in the purchase code? At my account at your website or somewhere in the settings of my page? Because at your website I have already done.
In my Envato package there are no plugins. The only one I have found is a folder called "rev_slider". An when I try to install the zip-file in it, an error message appears that the package couldn‘t be installed becaus there is no functioning plugin in it.

Sorry, we missed the premium plugin in iVent theme package. We will add this file to next version.
To verify the purchase code, you need to add the purchase code to your site at Dashboard/ Noo Settings/ Quick Setup.
Please check it again.
Thank you.

But now I have an other problem: the Noo Settings are not displayed in my dashboard. (You can see it in the attached screenshot). How can that be?

I have checked your site and installed the required plugin.
But have the issue with your server memory limit
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 32768 bytes) in /home/.sites/251/site1297349/web/development/wp-admin/menu.php on line 96
Please increase your PHP server config setting and let us know.

We will help you check that issue and import the dummy data again.
Thank you.
