There is problem with your script and it is not working on Firfox Mozilla web browser. New Registration is not occurring in Firefox Mozilla browser and it shows the ERROR "You can not perform this action."
New registration for candidate and employer are occurring in Chrome and Internet Explorer web browser, but it is not occurring Firefox Mozilla browser.
I have also uninstall and again reinstall the Firefox Mozilla web browser, but still the problem occur same. I am adding the screenshot of the problem kindly see the problem. There is sudden decrease in new user registration on my site.

We have used the hidden field "email_rehot" to avoid spam when the user registration the user.
If you are using the bot to spam the register, contact form, it will fill to the hidden field. That is why we can't permit that action.
If you need to remove that action, we will give you the file and the source code to do it.

You can follow the article to understand about the Spambot https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spambot
Spambots usually create accounts and send spam message, that is why we use the hidden input form to check the Spambots. If the spambots input the value to this field, it will block the action. That is why you see the message "You can not perform this action".
If you have the issue, please using inspect element of the browser, and file the field email_rehot as my screenshot.

I face the same issue, New registration for candidate and employer works well in Chrome and Internet Explorer web browser.
However, it doesn't work in Firefox Mozilla browser and a red color ERROR message "You can not perform this action." appears at the top of the registration form after clicking on the "Sign Up" button.
Please find attached a screen shot (Word file)
Therefore, candidate and employer CANNOT register when choosing the Firefox Mozilla browser.

About the Registration bug with Mozilla Firefox, I have just downloaded and installed an old version of JobsMonster (jobmonster-45185) on my laptop (localhost).
I confirm you that your old version of JobsMonster Theme works well with Mozilla Firefox and visitors can register.
Please, how to fix your latest version of JobMonster (version from April 10th, 2019) to allow visitors to register in Mozilla Firefox ?

This is a very BIG ISSUE with the Job Monster theme and need to be sorted out as soon as possible, due to this issue with code in the theme registration on Mozilla Firefox not happening and we loose new registrations in very big numbers.
I request Nootheme Developers, kindly do the needful and target the main issue.

@Chris041973 is right. There is problem with your script with Mozilla Firefox browser. I saw a sudden decrease in number of registration when you latest version comes in play since the problem started. When I was using old version, I received frequently registered users email 10-20 users per day for new site, but now one or two in a week or takes a month to registered on my site.
There is a BIG PROBLEM with your script, it might work at your end but not all users from different IP addresses. Kindly check it with your developer team and also check your older version what you miss now.

Today, I received a message from NooTheme team (themeforest.net) and they told me that we will check my site ... NooTheme team told me that they have checked the registration with Mozilla Firefox in Local and it's fine. Their explanation are not clear but I can imagine that they usually test their Theme on a personal computer (Localhost) ... I am surprised about that because most developers test their Themes/Scripts on hosting servers ...
My site is installed on SiteGround server (shared Cloud) and due to large number of WordPress sites, SiteGround has developed their own Caching system, called "Greeky Caching" if I remember well ... For information, I have check JobMonster theme with few most reputed Caching plugins in Localhost and the Theme has bugs with such plugins ...

Me also have the same problem because it exists. I have spend money on Adwords with old theme and got good response, but later after certain release of Upgrade Version of Job Monster the quantity of registration of new uses degraded on my site. My all money on Adwords to get traffic and new users on my site got wasted and soon realize I was bankrupt due to upgraded version. Nobody listen to my complaints about this Job Monster theme has a BIG BUG ERROR for new registration on Mozilla Firefox.
Hope Nootheme Developer concern my point this time because I am not only one who suffer this issue. Chris041973 just wait for the response from the support staff or better to move on other script.
