1) I have just installed your theme to my site, but the Full-width template your documentation recommends to use for the home page is absent from the list of choices (the only templates I have with "full" in the name are "Full height ..."). Has the name of the template changed in one of the recent versions or am I missing something?
2) I am constantly getting this message: "Important notice: You have an outdated version of Visual Composer Design Options. It is required to review and save it." I understand that you have disabled the Design Options tab in the Visual Composer options because the theme has custom ones, but is there any way to get rid of that message which is always present when I go into wp-admin?
3) Prior to installing the theme, Visual Composer offered a very helpful preview of what any given template would look like. Is there a way to get that back? I tried clicking the arrow to the far right of any given template's name... it just shows white space as if there was supposed to be something there, but isn't.
