Sorry, could you explain the issue more clearly. You mean the email is not attached here?
If necessary, you can give us images illustrating the issue.

I've attached two screen shots. When the application is posted, the connection between the application and the user is completely loss. Which means:
1. The candidate cannot see the application under his applications and won't get any updates by e-mail.
2. The employer don't get an e-mail address, just to the resume on LinkedIn.
3. The admin cannot see who is the owner of the application/resume, as it states "by Guest" in admin.4 years, 8 months ago #32093
Note: The applications that does show up in the screen shot is not made through LinkedIn.
And: Three screenshots, not two. 🙂4 years, 8 months ago #32117
I check your site and find that you have not installed Front End PM plugin. This one will help candidates and employers to be able to exchange messages.
Refer to this link to learn more about Message setting:
Yet, I can not register an account of candidate on your site to check. http://prntscr.com/9s0i6s
On our local site, I tried applying via LinkedIn:
The Application will be shown in Admin dashboard
Applicants and Employers receive emails.

Yes, we didn't install that since we are not interested in that kind of native functionality in the platform. The issue here was with the e-mail address, not direct messaging.
I don't understand. You did register a candidate profile and apply for a job with LinkedIn, as is evident in the screenshots I posted. And it did not work as advertised.
I gave you the direct address to the login above in the private message, it still works fine.

I fixed it. The problem is pretty simple: you pick the e-mail address from LinkedIn instead of from the user profile. However, many users will not have the same e-mail address in the system as they do on LinkedIn.
The user (and we as admins) will expect all information from JobMonster to go through the same e-mail address as the one registered in the system, not some through that e-mail and some through the one on LinkedIn.
To give you an example, some may use their LinkedIn at work with their professional e-mail, while they privately look for new jobs using their personal e-mail. If they get mails confirming they have applied for a job to their professional e-mail used at LinkedIn, their current employer may see it and they could even risk getting fired. Don't forget: in many countries it is legal for employers to look in their employees mailboxes.
To solve this problem, I simply made these changes in Noo_Application::new_job_application:
$user_data = get_userdata(get_current_user_id());
$application_id = Noo_Application::new_job_application(
