We've been receiving come complaints that people are having issues with donating on the site. We did some investigating and found that most of these were using IE. Looking at our analytics, we saw that the conversion rates were very low from visitors coming from IE all versions. When testing the site on IE version 11, it appears that the lower portion of the donate popup is cut off on the cause pages when there is a video imbedded in the description. See the screenshot attached. Some code fixes in the template may be needed to fix this.5 years, 4 months ago #4087
This is my screenshot of your site with IE, I don't see this problem. http://i.imgur.com/el20vzn.png
I also use IE11 latest version. Please try to clear cache on your IE and try again. If you still see this problem, let me know your computer type. Is it a hybrid ( PC + Tablet ) device?

Scroll down a little further then click on the donate button on that page and you will see the overlap. http://christianlifemissions.org/causes/the-mordecai-project/
We're seeing this issue on multiple different computers.5 years, 4 months ago #4096
Sorry, but I can't see this problem on my computer. I asked my teammates to check and their computers work too. Maybe we'll have to check it on your computer. If you can arrange a Teamviewer remote, please let me know. Around the time when I reply to this topic the first time ( 9:00 AM GMT + 7 ) should be good.

We moved the video down as a temporary fix for this. We will test again after the new theme update is added.5 years, 4 months ago #4324
I will wait for your test result, but I don't think the new version can fix this problem, because we doesn't change anything that related to your issue.
