Thank you for contacting us and sorry for the late response.
Sorry, we don't know about the GDPR rule. Our theme as another job theme on the Envato. It helps customer post a Job or a candidate post a resume. I'm not sure what information should be protected under the GDPR rule?
Can you check it and let us know again?

Hi the GDPR topic is very important!!
And it is a matter for everyone who does make business with European Citizens or European Companies. As nootheme sells there products also to EU - you have to get to know this topic and also provide us costumers with a solution / and a professional answer!!
IT IS YOUR DUTY TO FIND OUT IF THE GDPR LAW AFFECTS YOUR PRODUCT!!
You should hurry up because the law starts at 25. Mai 2018.
you can read about GDPR here: https://gdpr-info.eu
and here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/General_Data_Protection_Regulation
or just type "GDPR" into google search! The web & social media is full of this topic.
What I need to know from you as your costumer is if the jobmonster theme meets all the GDPR rules, so that I can run the site without any problems. As most of wordpress plugin / websites producing company do provide answers right now.
The penalties for not meeting this standards are set by the EU are up to 20 Mill. US Dollar you can read this here: https://www.gdpr.associates/data-breach-penalties/. Again it affects every company who is doing business with EU companies and citizens..
- The theme collects data, right? Is this data also only on the server of the theme owner or is this data also on your server in some way? How much can you see of our system and the private data of our costumers etc..etc...
Also do we need a "Template Processing in accordance with Article 28 General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)" ?!?!?
I would appreciate the nootheme gives us costumers a official and clear statement! to make sure we are safe using this great product!
