I am trying to create two options for job postings. Users can post jobs for free, as many as they like, or they can pay for a featured posting, which gets pinned to the top of job listings. So theoretically they could have both free and featured jobs at the same time.
Currently, if you sign up for free you are able to post jobs for free no problem. However, there is no option anywhere within the member's profile to pay for a featured job posting. In fact, you are able to pick any of your free job postings and make them featured by pressing the start button in the jobs area of the member's dashboard. And even though it says that you can only choose 1 job to be featured (which is incorrect anyway, as you should have to pay for a featured listing) you are able to select all of your jobs to be featured.
I was hoping that you could help explain to me how to create an option within the member's profile to pay for additional featured jobs, and also ensure these featured jobs cannot be created for free.
I am also having difficult saving any changes to a company profile within the members areas. Only changes made by me on the backend are saving, if you have any ideas.

Currently Jobmonster has packages for Post Job and Post Resume only.
- Featured Job: just an additional field included in the "Post Job " package. It has no standalone package for this field.
-> You need to enable the package for Post Job. Later you go to Product and config for Job Package:1 month, 4 weeks ago #1084044
Great, thank you for clearing that up.
In that case, I imagine is it best for me to create two packages, one free and one paid.
Currently when I try to do this there is no way to access the paid package from the member's account. They can create a job for free which is perfect, but ideally there would be somewhere where they can purchase a paid job posting as well.
Right now even when you can find a way to select the paid option (which you can't directly once your logged in as a member) this automatically redirects you to a free job posting.
Is there a way to set the jobs up as 'packages' perhaps, that the employer can 'purchase', even if they are just 'purchasing' the free job posting? Essentially I am just looking for an easy way for employers to purchase a paid job posting if they wish, alongside being able to post jobs for free.

Hey, sorry I figured it out.
I was set on Employers not Employers with paid packages, meaning the package option was skipped.
