Hello,
How do I change the Noo Events Slider so when I choose "Oldest Post" in the order by it only shows future events?
Thank you for your support.
2 years, 9 months ago #1053465Hi.
Thank you for contacting us.
Do you want to hide the past event? It needs to change the source code. or you can change the order by Recent First.
Thank you.
Jackie.
2 years, 8 months ago #1053942Hi Jackie.Actually, I want to show upcoming events, so I can't show te most recent. Therefore, I need tp show the oldest, but excluding the past events. Does it make sense?2 years, 8 months ago #1054155Yes, please give us your site URL, admin and FTP account. We will help you check the code again.

This is also pending. Could you please help?
Thanks
2 years, 6 months ago #1056948Hi again.
Sorry for the late response.
We have checked and added the option to hide the past event for the Noo Event slider shortcode.
Please check it again.
Thank you.

2 years, 6 months ago #1057075Hi Jackie,
I see some improvements now, very good. Even if I don't tick the box "Hide Past Events", it automatically hides all past events. This is true for both the slider and also for the "NOO EVENT" element(i'm using it here: https://imperiodocacau.com.br/eventos-e-cursos/). This currently serves my need.
However, somehow it's showing just the latest on the top, and after that from the oldest (without past events, which is good). I'm sure this is just a small glitch. COuld you please check?
Thanks for your help.
Cheers
2 years, 6 months ago #1057178Hi again.
On the Noo Event shortcode, it default has the Hide past Events options.
We have checked the shortcode, now it works fine.
Please check it again.
Thank you.

thanks for checking. Nevertheless, I still see the Oct 6th event at the top. 🙁
cheers
2 years, 6 months ago #1057267Hi again.
If you want to order by start date, please check the option via the shortcode.
Please check it again.
Thank you.

2 years, 6 months ago #1057288Hi Jackie,
Yes, we have it on the shortcode, but I don't have the same option on the Slider, on the home page. I can only order by alphabet or creation date).
Cheers
2 years, 6 months ago #1057311Hi again.
I have added more order to Noo Event Slider shortcode as the Noo Event. Please check it again.
Thanks.

2 years, 6 months ago #1057432hi Jackie,
I can see the new option. nevertheless, even though I'm now ordering by start date, somehow the event of Oct 6th still pops up as the first one.
cheers
2 years, 6 months ago #1057520Hi again.
I think now the noo event slider works fine as your order.
Please check it again.
Thank you.

2 years, 5 months ago #1058602Hi Jackie,
Sry to go back to this again, but it's still not working as expected. It now shows the events in the proper order, but as you can see, a past event *Aug 2 - 3* is still showing up, eventhough I have " Hide Past Events:" checked.\\Please advise
thank you

2 years, 5 months ago #1059316Hi again.
Sorry for the late response.
We have checked your site but not found the issue with the Noo Event slider shortcode.
It doesn't include the past event.
Please check it and let us know again.
Thank you.
Jackie.
2 years, 5 months ago #1059740Hi Jackie,
I'm sorry to put it that way, but it seems like you didn't even check the issue. If you had checked, you would have seen that I was forced to manually put past events in the trash to prevent them from appearing.
Anyway, I have a past event now that I haven't excluded, so you can still see it on the homepage. Could you please analyze? Notice that it just happens on the homepage slider (even though I did check: hide past events).
Thank you!
