I put a shortcode in the class description to executes some html text and it works fine when viewing the class page. However, when viewing the class description in the popup, it shows the raw shortcode instead of the executed shortcode text.
Is there any way to prevent this and enable shortcodes in the noo popup excerpt?3 months ago #1063986
Thanks for contacting us.
We don't see any raw shortcode on the class pop-up, also see this image https://prnt.sc/lkywn5
Can you check it again?

I took out the shortcode, but I put it back now so that you can see for yourself. Please check again for *Evening Vinyasa popup, thanks.3 months ago #1064038
Thanks for your feedback.
We have got access to your website then turned on WPBakery shortcode on your class content. It seems that this shortcode [sc name="class-pass-yes"] doesn't include in WPBakery. That's why it doesn't display correctly.
We are so sorry but we don't support your shortcode.
Thanks for your understanding.

I've enabled/mapped that shortcode in WP Bakery now.
But I don't understand your point about WP Bakery builder anyway.
If I use WP Bakery builder to create the class page description, the popup then shows the WP Bakery shortcode elements in the excerpt too. eg [vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text] ... so what's your point exactly?
What shortcodes do you support in the popup excerpt then? Maybe not any shortcodes at all, you mean?
Please clarify the situation and whether it's possible or what a work-around could be.
The shortcode is to enable a changing html element to be changed for all class pages, so that we don't have to go and edit all the class pages separately to make the same change. For example if the price included in the html shortcode is updated, it would update the price for all those classes with that shortcode.
If no shortcodes can show in popup excerpt, is it possible to have a separate popup field on class page that we can input shortcode to run and work/display in popup?
Thanks.3 months ago #1064041
As we saw in WPBakery Page plugin and Timetable plugin, we don't have this shortcode [sc name="class-pass-yes"] so that's why your website doesn't activate it.
In addition, we don't understand the mission of this shortcode and the original plugin which you have. Can you please explain your purpose as clearly as possible?
We will try to check, then feedback you.

Thank you for the video.
Yes, on the latest version, we have updated the timetable jQuery and it removed the HTML content on the popup.
We will check and update this feature soon.
