Wish you a nice day.
I am sorry for the late response. Our working hour is Monday to Friday; therefore, we have not been able to support you for the days off.
It seems your site has used up its memory, mostly because of some heavy plugins. You’ll need to increase the memory for PHP by editing the wp-config.php file.
Please add this code into wp-config.php file.
define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

Thank you for your response. Could you pls give me more details on how I would change this coding, and where I will find it on my site to change?

I said above. Please add this code into wp-config.php file.

I'm sorry to be annoying but all I found was wpml-config, is that the right one? I literally searched through the whole file but couldn't find wp-config.php..
Thanks for your help

Thank you for feedback us and sorry for the late response.
#1.You can use some application to access your source code. Example Filezilla.
#2. Access to your root folder, contain your site.
#3. Go to your site folder, you will see list folder, file as wp-admin, wp-contents, wp-includes, wp-config.php...
as this image http://prntscr.com/f0yeh0
Please check it again.
