There seems to be a bug on the compare feature for the featured safe module. Will select two boxes but then nothing happens except "no products in the table to compare".
On mobile (home & shop page) the compare feature doesn't work at all. Can you help us solve this issue.

This does not work. Please check on MOBILE devices. We have multiple users saying this doesn't work and we can confirm this.

Can you give us the FTP account? We need to check the source code and the child theme.
Maybe have some custom code conflict with this function.

We found the updated version 3.3.5 for WooCommerce. Do you have any custom via that plugin? If not, please updated the plugin. We will help you check it again.

Sorry for the late response.
We have checked and debug on your site. If you log in to your site, the compare function still works fine on the PC and mobile. And maybe have the cache on your server/ website.
Can you disable the cache plugin WP Engine?
I think the issue from the cache.

Jackie, we have multiple users reporting this issue...not to mention the test we conducted was through a testing app which spins up a new environment every time .did you test in safari or do you have a video of this working.

Looks like the issue is rooted in the safari settings which in IPhone is defaulted to block pop ups, that being said when I turned this off the popup did come up but no products were added. See video below....what would your advice be to fix this?2 months, 2 weeks ago #1053751
The issue also happens on the desktop device with guest user. It just works when you log in to your site.
We also try to contact with author plugin via the topic https://wordpress.org/support/topic/no-products-added-in-the-compare-table/ but don't have received any response.

Yes, we still wait for the response from YITH author plugin. They don't response our message.
As I see, you are using the premium version of that plugin. But the compare function not displays on your site.
