Hi, we buy organici but we have a big problem with checkout, it doesn't work. it is in "continuos upload" and doesn't give us the possibility to go on.

Can you check the homepage URL? We have added the index.php, but it always redirects to this link http://www.giardinodiepicuro.com/ and we can't see anything in the front-end.

Another trouble is for menu, when i'm going over the menu to click another submenu item, this one disappear before you can click everywhere.

2 years, 2 months ago #1067423I cannot give you access to cPanel or everything else. 6 days and you haven't solved chart , and other troubles i have write. You cannot take time anymore just writing me to get all accounts data. For example the menu trouble doesn't need cPanel account data, but you haven't solved it till today.

Do you have any custom about that link? Please check it and let us know again.
Or you should remove all your site and try to install it again. Maybe it will help you fix that issue.

Please tell us what reason do you need to give a refund?
Our developer has got access to your website then found the issue, not from our theme, it still occurred when activating default WordPress theme.
We are so sorry but we don't give you any license or more.
