In the Candidate Resume section, when a candidate goes to create a new resume everything seems to be working fine except the place where you upload the attachment that is their CV/Resume document.
It will allow you to click the browse button, chose your file and then see it's name appear beneath that button but when you click PREVIEW on the next screen it isn't there. It isn't in the users Resume in the Admin section nor is it anywhere it seems.1 year ago #1063891
Ok a little further notes, it seems an admin account can save a CV attachment to a resume in the WP-Admin section but as soon as the User Edits that resume and saves it, the CV is gone.1 year ago #1063918

I changed some security settings. Please try again.1 year ago #1063987
Thanks for your feedback.
We have got access to your website then found that you have used the older version of Jobmonster theme so you should update the latest version to fix this issue.
In addition, it seems that your server didn't receive our update notification and we tried to add your purchased code but to fix this issue but unsuccessfully. In meaning time, you should download our package from ThemeForest market then go to WordPress Dashboard to upload the newest version or login via FTP account to upload the latest jobmonster file to here.
Note: Don't forget to backup all customization files and language files before updating.
Please check it, then feedback us soon.

Good news is that the issue with the resumes not working was resolved.
There are some new issues that I think are just child-theme related because of changes in the structure of the codebase and updates done to vendor files that I now have to look at.
Thanks!1 year ago #1064214

Hi I am getting this error Error: -200, Message: HTTP Error., File: Why Choose Us.docx
on the website when testing the upload a resume function. We have tried using different browsers and computers and the error still comes up. We are live and need to have this resolved as soon as possible.
Is there something we need to do to allow for uploads?
Thank you in advance6 months, 1 week ago #1075293
