Hello ,
I am trying to build this site and i am unable to see the full functions it has - re job poster log in & job seeker log in as the theme has auto logged me in when i sign into the WP dashboard. when i log out of the Jobmoster theme it doesn't allow me to make any changed to the site, this is a serious issue as i don't wish to be creating this site live for the world to see

Perhaps my teammate's explanation is not clear enough and you don't understand, so I'll try to explain it for you.
First, as you said that this theme log you to the JOBMONSTER whenever you login to WordPress. It's true but it's also not true. You can see that the page after login is one of JobMonster page, but it's really that you have logged into your WordPress. Which means that you can use the Admin bar to go to your dashboard: http://prntscr.com/74nr12 After you go to your admin you'll see everything is the same as your normal dashboard.
The reason for us to forge redirect to JobMonster page after login is because we don't know if the user going to login is an employer/candidate or an admin so we make all going to one page. Sorry for this confusion but it's best for the user because most of their work is on JobMonster.
