Hello, I just bought your plugin this morning and spent all day long reading documentation, watch video etc to configurate this menu, but nothing help. Please check my link and look at the menu to know the issue : http://www.tritistours.com
I don't know what is the problem. I am not familiar with CSS etc, so I find this plugin difficult for me or the plugin otself has some flaws. I found there a lot of misconfiguration, even in preset styles and in the demopage. Check in "shop" section in mega menu demo. The preset style is not ready to use as it should be.
Please help find solution for me. I realize this fonfiguration is very diffucult, I want to make it easy and simple but beautiful and nice to see, and I hope you come with drag and drop feature in the future.

Hello Kent, just to give you early information, I still have problem. This is not the menu I know. The menus still occupy the header and not properly positioned. It's not in the menu position and some menu items disappear, maybe moved in the right. In sub menu also there is problem. Please check !! If there is no solution for this please tell me also, nobody should be blamed. And don't forget to remodify my PHP file back if you find no solution so I can use its original menu. My credentials still valid until tomorrow.

Because I changed some attributes of the menu in your theme so that it can be suitable with Noo Menu. Thus, when you deactivate plugin, Css will not be applied. If you want, we can help you create childtheme which helps your site avoid losing changes and unexpected effects after the update. Moreover, Noo Menu plugin will work well when you use childtheme.

A part from being conflict with my theme, the plugin is also difficult for me to use especially in menu arrangement and customization. It needs to be improved for user friendly or beginner friendly. But at least you already do your best in term of customer service. So I don't ask for refund but also don't use this version.

Hello Kent, my theme has problem with child theme for now, that is why I still don't use child theme yet. The theme author is going to check. Yes sure I can understand.
